Check this if the accessory arrived already broken. Item will be marked as Broken/REJECT immediately.

Process Accessory Return

Return delivered accessories to warehouse: Use this form to process customer returns for accessories that were sold and are being returned (e.g., wrong item ordered, customer changed mind). The accessory will be returned to warehouse inventory with PASS QC status.
Scan the QR code of the accessory being returned to load its details.

Find Item

Customer Return: watch coming back from a customer order. Internal Return: watch returned from internal use, display, or loan (no customer order).
Scan the QR code of the watch being returned to load its details and process the return.
